Data that is generated by the computer and sent from the computer to another device is referred to as an output device.

A monitor or display is an electronic visual display for computers. It relays the picture on screen so the user can see what they are doing.

Headset
A headset is headphones combined with a microphone, or one headphone with a microphone (as seen in the picture) . Headset can be used for gaming aswell as speaking on IM ( Instant Messaging) or Skype . It can also be used with a webcam.

Speaker
Computer speakers, or multimedia speakers, are speakers external to a computer. Relays audio sound.

Printer
It is used to have a physical copy of a document and outputs data to a paper copy.
Printers are normally attached to the computer via USB (serial and parallel connections will be on the printer, this varies from printers-to-printers).
